My name is Kieran Highgate and I'm a multi disciplined graphic designer from Portsmouth.

I love getting stuck into all areas of design, especially in the early ideation phases of a project, but I particularly enjoy motion design and branding. I believe design is about taking complex ideas and distilling them into simple concepts that engage people.
My intention with any projects I'm involved in is to inject wit and humour where appropriate, and be really daring in the choice of words I use - always thinking in words before images.

I have experience working with independent clients, as well as 2 years of experience as a junior level freelance designer at OneAnother, working on projects for Greenpeace, Open Democracy, Phoenix Futures and some excellent schools.
